29歳，女性．妊娠中に発症した傍尿道嚢胞の症例．前回の出産時の外傷が原因で，今回の妊娠を契機として発症したと考えられた．
Twenty-nine old womam with pregnancy developed paraurethral cyst. The cyst was surgically resected and postoperative course was uneventful. It is supposed that the cause of this disease is the urethral injury presumably developed at the former delivery, and this pregnancy may act as trigger. We also discussed the characteristic difference between paraurethral cyst in adult and infant.
