後腹膜平滑筋肉腫の1例

RETROPERITONEAL LEIOMYOSARCOMA:Report of a Case and Review of the Japanese Literature

Ⅰ．緒言

　後腹膜腫瘍はこれまで我国では約700例報告され，現在ではさほど稀なものではなくなってきているが，一般に後腹膜腔に発生する筋肉腫は稀とされている。

　著者は最近，後腹膜に発生した平滑筋肉腫の1例を経験したので報告するとともに，若干の文献的考察を加える。

A 58 year old Japanese male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of left flank pain.Intravenous pyelogram, retroperitoneal air studies and aortogram suspected left renal tumor but operative diagnosis was retroperitoneal tumor and histopathological diagnosis confirmed leiomyosarc-oma.

The removed specimen was separated in three portions and the total weight was, 1, 110g. Cobalt radiation was done postoperatively before discharge. After discharge the course is uneventful.
