女性尿道淡明細胞腺癌の2例

TWO CASE REPORTS OF CLEAR CELL ADENOCARCINOMA OF THE FEMALE URETHRA

　筆者らは，女性尿道より発生した淡明細胞腺癌の2例を経験した。症例1は73歳の女性で，前方骨盤内臓全摘出術および放射線照射を施行したが12か月後に癌死。症例2は72歳の女性で，尿道全摘出術および補助化学療法を施行し4年経過するも転移・再発は認めない。病理組織所見では，傍尿道腺由来を思わせたが，PAP,PSA染色による免疫組織学的な証明は得られなかった。

We report two cases of clear cell adenocarcinoma of the female urethra, which is a rare but distinct neoplasm, and the histogenesis is controversial.

Case 1; A 73-year-old female was treated with anterior pelvic exenteration and external radiation. She died with distant metastasis twelve months postoperatively.

Case 2; A 72-year-old female was treated with ureth-rectomy and adjuvant chemotherapy. She is alive with no evidence of disease 4 years postoperatively.
