腸腰筋の嚢胞状結節性筋膜炎

CYSTIC NODULAR FASCIITIS OF THE ILIOPSOAS MUSCLE: A CASE REPORT

　50歳，男性が，健康診断の際に偶然発見された後腹膜腫瘤の精査および治療目的に入院した。腫瘍穿刺細胞診ではClass Iで良性腫瘍と考えられたが，MRI上，悪性腫瘍も否定できず，腰部斜切開にて腫瘤摘除術を施行した。組織学的診断は腸腰筋筋膜原発の嚢胞状結節性筋膜炎であった。本例は文献上，本邦初の腸腰筋筋膜原発の結節性筋膜炎である。

A 50-year old man was admitted to our hospital for evaluation and treatment of a retroperitoneal mass, which was found accidentally during a health examina-tion. Needle aspiration cytology showed class I . On CT malignant retroperitoneal tumor was not ruled out, so extirpation of the mass was performed. Pathologically, cystic nodular fasciitis of the iliopsoas muscle was rec-ognized. This is the first case of nodular fasciitis of the iliopsoas muscle in Japan.
