腎細胞癌術後に孤立性の大網転移をきたした1例

A case of isolated omental metastasis of right cell carcinoma

腎細胞癌は肺，肝臓，骨，副腎への転移頻度が高いが，その他にも様々な臓器への転移の報告がある。その中でも大網への孤立性の転移は極めてまれで数例の報告しかない。今回我々は，右淡明型腎細胞癌に対してロボット支援下腎部分切除術（robot-assisted partial nephrectomy：RAPN）を施行してから5年後に大網への孤立性の転移を認めた症例を経験したため，若干の文献的考察とともに報告する。

Renal cell carcinoma metastasizes to various organs such as lung, liver, bone, and adrenal gland, but metastasis to the omentum is extremely rare and only a few cases have been reported. We herein report a case of isolated metastasis to the omentum five years after robot-assisted partial nephrectomy（RAPN）for renal clear cell carcinoma. The omental nodule was well-demarcated and showed inhomogeneous early enhancement and washout similarly to the primary renal cell carcinoma.
