腎盂尿管鏡検査にて診断した両側嚢胞性腎盂炎

BILATERAL PYELITIS CYSTICA DIAGNOSED BY USING A RENOURETEROSCOPE: A CASE REPORT

　59歳，女性が左側腹部痛と発熱を主訴に当科に入院した。排泄性尿路造影および逆行性腎盂造影にて両側腎盂に多数の辺縁平滑な円形陰影欠損像を認めた。尿細胞診はclass 1であった。腎盂尿管鏡検査を施行したところ，両側腎盂の陰影欠損は多数の嚢胞状腫瘤によるものであることが判明した。これらの所見より，両側嚢胞性腎盂炎と診断した。腎盂尿管鏡検査は，嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎の診断において不可欠な検査であると考えられる。

A 59-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital complaining of left flank pain and fever. Drip infusion urography and retrograde pyelography revealed multiple, smooth and round filling defects within bilateral renal pelvis. Urinary cytology was class I . Renoureteroscope showed multiple cystic tumors in bilateral renal pelvis. From these findings, diagnosis of bilateral pyelitis cystica was made. Renoureteroscopic examination is indispens-able for the diagnosis of pyeloureteritis cystica.
