嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎の1例

A CASE REPORT OF PYELOURETERITIS CYSTICA

　60歳，男性。排尿困難を主訴に来院した。前立腺肥大症の診断で経尿道的前立腺切除術を施行した。術前のIVPで両側腎盂尿管に辺縁平滑な小円形陰影欠損を認めた。両側嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎として退院後定期的に経過観察を行った。1年後内視鏡で尿管内を観察したところ，表面平滑な半球状小嚢胞を認めたため嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎と確定診断した。

A 60 years old man was presented with a chief complaint of difficult urination. Under the diagnosis of prostatic hypertrophy transurethral resection of the prostate was performed. Preoperatively, excretory urograms revealed smooth, small and round filling defects in bilateral renal pelvis and ureter. He was followed up for one year under the diagnosis of bilateral cystic pyeloureteritis. We observed half-spheric, smooth and small cysts in the right ureter using a pyelouretero-fiberscope.
