　症例は61歳，女性。1990年4月右尿管腫瘍に対して右尿管膀胱部分切除を施行（扁平上皮癌）。1992年1O月傍外尿道口に孤立性の腫瘍を認め摘除，病理組織学的に転移性扁平上皮癌と診断した。1993年4月傍尿道に腫瘍の再発を認めたが，他部位に転移を認められなかったため，前骨盤内臓器全摘，右腎尿管摘出，回腸導管造影術を施行した。病理組織学的に，転移性扁平上皮癌であった。術後経過良好で1995年4月現在外来にて経過観察中である。

A 61-year-old female patient with a metastatic paraur-ethral lesion from right ureteral squamous cell carcinoma is reported. In April, 1990 right partial cystoureterectomy was performed and the histopathological diagnosis was squamous cell carcinoma. In October, 1992 she com-plained of paraurethral solitary mass, and excision of paraurethral tumor was performed. The histopathological diagnosis was metastatic squamous cell carcinoma from right ureter cancer. In April, 1993 paraurethral tumor appeared again and grew rapidly, so anterior pelvic excenteration and right nephroureterectomy was perfor-med.
