症例は81歳の女性。右側腹部痛を主訴として他院を受診し，右腎結石の診断にてESWL目的にて当科紹介となる。DIPにて多発右腎結石，右腎萎縮を認めた。また右下部尿管は造影不良であった。右尿管の精査目的にて逆行性腎盂造影を施行した。右腎盂，尿管に多数の小円形陰影欠損像を認めた。確定診断の為に尿管鏡を行った。生検結果にて嚢胞性腎盂尿管炎と診断した。右腎結石に対して尿管ステントカテーテル留置後ESWLを施行した。本症例は本邦57例目と考えられた。
A 81-year-old woman was hospitalized complaining of mild lumbago on the right side. Intravenous and retrograde pyelography demonstrated multiple filling defects in the right renal pelvis and the ureter, with multiple renal stones. Ureteroscopic examination and cold cup biopsy was performed, and histological examination confirmed the diagnosis of pyeloureteritis cystica.
Pyeloureteritis cystica is rare, with so far approximately 57 cases being reported in Japan.
