石灰化を伴う腎平滑筋腫

Leiomyoma of Kidney Associated with Calcification :A Case Report

　症例は71歳，女性。定期検査で血尿を指摘された。CT上，右腎に石灰化を伴う約3.5cmの腫瘤性病変を認めた。悪性を完全に否定できず，根治的腎摘除術を施行した。病理組織学的に腎平滑筋腫であった。術後経過は順調であった。自験例は本邦50例目，石灰化を伴う例として3例目に当たる。本症例のような術前に確定診断が困難な良性の腫瘍も存在するため，小径腎腫瘍においては可能な限り腎温存手術に努めるべきである。

The patient was 71-year-old female complaining of inci-dental microscopic hematuria. Computerized tomography (CT) showed a small (approximately 3cm in diameter) mass associated with calcification at the upper portion of the right kidney. Right radical nephrectomy was performed. The tumor was 38×36×25mm in size and was proved to be leiomyoma of kidney histopathologically. Leiomyoma of kidney is rare, and since 1948, 50 cases included our case, have been reported in the Japanese literature. And leiomyoma of kidney associated with calcification was reported in only 2 cases.
