60歳，男性。健康診断で無症候性の左水腎症を指摘され受診。X線の画像所見より左尿管腫瘍と診断し，左腎尿管全摘膀胱部分切除術を施行した。病理組織学的には尿管平滑筋腫であった。本例は，尿管平滑筋腫として本邦1例目の報告と考えられる。
A 60-year-old male was referred to our department because of left hydronephrosis incidentally found by ultrasonography. Diagnosis of left ureter tumor was made by DIP, retrograde pyerogram and CT scan. The patient underwent left nephroureterectomy with partial cystectomy. Pathological diagnosis was ureteral leiomyoma of smooth muscle. This is the first case of leiomyoma of the ureter reported in Japan.
