閉経後高齢女性に発症した陰唇癒着症

A case of labial adhesions in postmenopausal woman

　症例は83歳，女性。排尿困難および尿失禁を主訴に受診した。視診上，陰唇の癒着を認めた。癒着は麻酔下に用手的，一部電気メスによる切開で剝離された。術後，ステロイド含有軟膏の塗布と，局所を清潔に保つよう努めることにより，術後4か月現在再発を認めていない。本症例は成人での報告は少なく，本邦では86例目と思われた。

　An 83-year-old woman presented with a complaint of difficult urination and urinary incontinence. On pelvic examination, the labia majora were fused at midline, with a pinhole opening. Hymen and urethral meatus could not be observed. Sharp and blunt dissections were performed under lumber anesthesia. Uroflowmetry revealed a significant improvement postoperatively. Four months after the operation, there remains no recurrence.
