非特異性限局性尿管炎の1例

A CASE OF NON-SPECIFIC REGIONAL URETERITIS

　45歳，女性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に来院。精査にて左尿管狭窄による左水腎症，左卵巣腫瘤と診断された。術中迅速病理検査では，悪性所見を認めず，左卵巣摘除，左尿管部分切除，左尿管膀胱新吻合術を施行した。組織学的に尿管には，粘膜下層へのリンパ球浸潤と線維化を認め，非特異性限局性尿管炎と診断，また卵巣腫瘤も類上皮腫と診断された。本症の本邦報告例46例（自験例を含む）を集計し，文献的考察を加えた。

A 45-year-old woman was consulted to our hospital with the chief complaints of grosshematuria.Preoperative diagnoses were left hydronephrosis due to lower ureteral stenosis and left ovarian tumor. Frozensection biopsy at operation revealed no malignancy. Ovariectomy, segmental ureterectomy and uretero-neocystostomy were performed.

Histological examination of the ureter revealed submucosal fibrosis with infiltration of lymphocytes.

Forty-six cases of non-specific regional ureteritis which have been previously reported in Japan arereviewed.
