非特異性限局性尿管炎の1例

NON-SPECIFIC REGIONAL URETERITIS: A CASE REPORT

　53歳，男性．肉眼的血尿を主訴に受診した．泌尿器科的検査にて尿管下端部の狭窄性変化による左水腎症と判明した．尿管腫瘍を完全に否定できず腎尿管全摘術を施行した．組織学的には，粘膜上皮の脱落，粘膜下層へのリンパ球浸潤と軽度の線維化を認め，非特異性限局性尿管炎に一致する所見であった．本症の本邦報告例33例を集計し，文献的考察を加えた．

A 53-year-old man was consulted to our hospital complaining gross hematuria. Urological examination revealed left non-visualizing kidney due to lower ureteral stenosis. Under the diagnois of ureteral tumor we performed total nephroureterectomy. Histological examination revealed absence of epithelium and sub-mucosal fibrosis with infiltration of lymphocytes. Thirty three cases of non-specific regional ureteritis previously reported in Japan are reviewed.
