両側性精巣周囲線維化症の1例

BILATERAL PERITESTICULAR FIBROSIS:A CASE REPORT

　33歳，男性．右陰嚢内容の腫大を主訴に当科外来を受診した．右精巣の腫大および左精巣の一部に硬結を認め，両側精巣腫瘍の診断のもと，右高位精巣摘除術および左精巣部分切除術を施行した．病理組織診断では悪性所見はなく両側性精巣周囲線維化症との診断結果であった．本疾患は本邦では報告例を認めず，自験例が本邦報告第1例と思われた．

The patient was a 33-year-old male with swelling of the right testicle and partial induration of the left testicle. Right orchiectomy and biopsy of the left testicle were performed based on a diagnosis of bilateral testicular tumor. The tumor-like tissue resulted from hypertrophy of the tunica albaginea testis, and consisted of scar-like tissue but no tumor. Thus, only hypertrophied tunica albuginea was resected in the the left testicle. Patholigical diagnosis was bilateral peritesticular fibrosis and to our knowledge there have been no other reports in Japan.
