症例は65歳，女性。左水腎症および左腎被膜下血腫を認め，当科紹介入院となる。左逆行性腎盂造影にて，左腸骨血管交差部に尿管腫瘍の存在が疑われ，経腹的左腎尿管全摘出術を施行した。摘出病理組織にて腎実質自体の病変は認めず尿管腫瘍に伴った非外傷性腎被膜下血腫と診断された。非外傷性腎被膜下血腫は，自験例が本邦51例目と思われ，そのうち尿管腫瘍に伴った症例は自験例が本邦2例目であった。
A case of nontraumatic subcapsular renal hematoma was reported. A 65-year old woman was admitted to our hospital with a chief complaint of lower abdominal pain. Excretory urography showed a left hydro-nephroureter, computerized tomography scan revealed a left subcupsular renal hematoma and retrograde pyelography demonstrated a probable left ureteral tumor. Left total nephrourete rectomy was performed. Pathological diagnosis was left ureteral cancer. Subcapsular hemorrhage was also shown in the left kidney.
51 cases of nontraumatic subcapsular renal hematoma in Japan were reviewed and discussed briefly.
