バイブレーター法による人工射精で妊娠した特発性射精不能症

A CASE OF IDIOPATHIC ANEJACULATION TREATED BY ARTIFICIAL EJACULATION WITH VIBRATORY STIMULATION AND FOLLOWED BY PREGNANCY

　特発性射精不能症に対して，電気バイブレーションによる射精法を試み，妻が妊娠した症例を経験した．患者は35歳，神経障害はなく，勃起も正常で性交も可能で，夢精がみられるが性交による射精が不可能であった．心理の専門家によるカウンセリングも成功せず，われわれの病院でバイブレーションによる人工射精を行った．家庭でバイブレーター法で精液の採取し，それを妻の腟内に注入させ妊娠，出産に至った．

The patient was a 35-year-old man, who had no neurological disuturbance, normal erection and no difficulties of sexual intercourse. However he could not ejaculate in sexual intercourse, in spite of nocturnal emissions of semen. Sexual counseling by a psychologist was unsuccessful. He visited us for the purpose to undergo artificially provoked ejaculation. It was possible to obatain semen from him, using induction of ejaculation by vibration. He learned to obtain semen with vibtaroty stimulaton and introduce the sperm into the vagina of his wife at home. The wife subsequently conceived and got a child.
