化学療法により一時的著効をみた睾丸絨毛癌の1例

A CASE REPORT OF CHORIOCARCINOMA OF THE TESTIS TREATED WITH TRIPLE CHEMOTHERAPY

　われわれは全身転移をきたした睾丸絨毛癌に対し，Liら^1）に準じた三者併用の化学療法を試み，一時的ではあるが，著効をみた症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of disseminated choriocarcinoma. who was treated with triple chemotherapy, was reported.

The patient, 27 year-old male, was admitted to our hospital on January 24, 1976, who had a history of left abdominal tenderness, obstinate cough and gynecomastia 2 months prior to hospitalization.

Following left high orchiectcmy, treatment with triple drug therapy Actinomycin D 0.5mg per day intravenously, Cytoxan 250mg per day intravenously and Methotrexate 5mg per day orally for five consecutive days as emphasized by Li et al. was initiated.
