尿路拡張を伴った腎性尿崩症

DILATATION OF URINARY TRACT ASSOCIATED WITH NEPHROGENIC DIABETES INSIPIDUS: A CASE REPORT

　54歳，男性．下腿骨折で入院中の骨シンチで，膀胱部に強いRIの集積像が指摘された．精査のため受診．両側の水腎・水尿管と拡張膀胱が認められた．幼少時より多尿，多飲がみられ，多尿が原因と考えられた尿路拡張を伴う腎性尿崩症と診断した．

A 54-year-old man was referred to me due to abnormal accumulation of RI at the bladder region. DIP revealed bilateral hydroureteronephrosis. Retrograde cystogram shows enlargement of bladder with left vesicoureteral reflux. He has noticed polyuria and polydipsia, ever since he could remember which was diagnesed as nephrogenic diabetes insipidus. Dilatation of urinary tract was considered to be resulted from polyuria.
