遠位尿管閉鎖症の1例

A CASE OF DISTAL URETERAL ATRESIA WITH BILATERAL CRYPTORCHIDISM

　41歳，男性．検診時の超音波検査にて右水腎症を指摘され当科受診．両側停留精巣と下腹部に小児頭大の腫瘤が発見された．CT,MRI，経皮的腎盂尿管造影検査で萎縮腎と嚢腫状に拡張し盲端に終わっている尿管を認め，遠位尿管閉鎖症と診断し手術を施行した．停留精巣を合併した遠位尿管閉鎖症は本邦6例目であり，両側停留精巣合併例としては2例目であった．

A 41-year-old male was referred to us with right hydronehrosis which was pointed out by a certain doctor upon ultrasonography. Examination on admission revealed undescended testes as well as a child' head -sized mass in the lower abdomen. CT, MRI and percutaneous pyeloureterography demonstrated right cotracted kidney with ipisilateral anomalous ureter that ended blindly with a cyst-like terminal dilatation. Under the diagnosis of distal ureteral atresia he was operated upon.
