真菌球を形成した膀胱真菌症

FUNGUS BALL IN THE URINARY BLADDER

　56歳，女性．外陰腟カンジダ症にて治療を受けていたが，発熱，排尿障害が出現した．膀胱鏡，エコー，CTなどで，尿膜管腫瘍が疑われたため手術を施行したところ，膀胱頂部にて腫瘍，回腸，横行結腸，大網が一塊となって癒着していた．病理組織学的には真菌による真菌球の形成であり，悪性所見はなかった．真菌による菌球の形成は，膀胱では9例目にあたる．

A 56-year old woman, who had been treated for vulvovaginal mycosis complained fever and dysuria.Diagnosis of urachus tumor was made by cystoscopy and CT scan and underwent extirpation of tumor.Tumor was adhered with ileum, transverse colon and omentum. Histological examination revealed fungusball formation in the urinary bladder. This is the nineth case report of the fungus ball formation in the urinarybladder.
