73歳男性，腰部鈍痛で発症し，生化学検査で腎不全を指摘された総腸骨動脈瘤による尿管狭窄症の1例を報告した。尿管剥離と腹腔内転位のみを施行，術後2週で腎機能はほぼ正常化した。本邦8例目と考えられた。
A 73-year-old man was referred to our clinic with a diagnosis of hydronephrosis and renal failure.Retrograde pyelogram revealed bilateral ureteral stenosis at the iliac vessels. Whole body CT disclosed the encased ureters with calcified iliac artery aneurysm. After percutaneous nephrostomy laboratory examinations showed the recovery of renal function. Bilateral ureterolysis with intraperitoneal transposition were performed. DIP four weeks after the operation revealed good passage in ureters with no hydro-nephrosis.
