喉頭癌腎転移の1例

A CASE OF METASTATIC RENAL TUMOR OF THE LARYNX

　61歳，男性。肉眼的血尿と右腰部痛を主訴として来院。既往歴で喉頭癌にて喉頭全摘除術を受けている。精査の結果右腎腫瘍と判明し右腎全摘出術施行。病理組織診断は扁平上皮癌で喉頭癌の病理組織所見と一致した。

A 61 year-old man presented with asymptomatic gross hematuria and right side lumbago. The patient had received laryngectomy, tracheotomy and radiotherapy for laryngeal cancer at another hospital. Right renal tumor was found with CT, echography, and renal angiography and nephrectomy was performed. Pathologically, squamous cell carcinoma was revealed which was consistent with the findings of previous laryngeal specimens.
