膀胱後部線維腫の1例

A CASE OF RETROVESICAL FIBROMA

　44歳，男性．排尿困難および排便異常を主訴として受診．画像診断等にて，膀胱後部腫瘍の診断を得たため，腫瘍摘出術を行った．病理組織学的には線維腫であった．術後29ヵ月後の現在も再発の徴候を認めていない．自験例は，膀胱後部線維腫としては本邦報告の第7例目と考えられた．

The patient was a 44 year-old man who had complained of difficult urination and abnormal evacuation.Retrovesical tumor was suggested after imaging examimations. At the oparation, the tumor adhered to pelvicbone and internal obturatory muscle, but the entire tumor was successfully resected. Histological finding wasfibroma He is alive without recurrence at 28 months after operation.
