腎に発生した偽リンパ腫

PSEUDOLYMPHOMA OF THE KIDNEY

　69歳，女性．左腎腫瘍の疑いで紹介された．CTで左腎門部に突出した腫瘤がみられ，左腎盂腫瘍の診断で腎摘出した．診断は偽リンパ腫．偽リンパ腫はリンパ節外に発生するリンパ網内系増殖性疾患で，われわれの調べた限りでは腎発生例はなく，自験例が最初と思われる．

A 69-year-old woman was referred to us with a left renal tumor. CT revealed a mass around left renal hilus, which was diagnosed as a left renal pelvic tumor. Left nephrectomy was performed and the tumor was histologically pseudolymphoma. Pseudolymphoma of kidney has not yet been reported in English literatures to our knowledge. Our case is thought to be the first case located to kidney.
