膀胱尿管逆流を伴ったHutch憩室の1例

A CASE OF HUTCH DIVERTICULUM WITH VESICOURETERAL REFLEX

　3か月，男児。主訴は発熱。大腸菌による敗血症，尿路感染症と診断され，抗生剤投与により症状の改善をみたが，尿閉状態であることが判明した。排尿時膀胱造影，骨盤部CTにて右側VUR，水腎，水尿管を伴ったHutch憩室と診断され，膀胱憩室切除術，膀胱尿管新吻合術を施行。術後経過は良好である。

A 3-month-old boy was presented with a chief complaint of high fever. E. coli was grown from the blood and the urine. A diagnosis of sepsis and urinary tract infection was made. The antibiotic therapy recovered patient from bad conditition, but at the same time he had urinary retention. Voiding cystogram and pelvic CT showed Hutch diverticulum with VUR and dilatation of the ureter and kidney on the right. Diverticul-ectomy and right ureteroneocystostomy was performed. After this operation, the condition became good.
