副腎静脈から下大静脈に進展した右腎細胞癌の腫瘍血栓

RENAL CELL CARCINOMA WITH EXTENTION INTO INFERIOR VENA CAVA THROUGH ADRENAL VEIN: A CASE REPORT

　症例は67歳の男性で，肉眼的血尿で発症した。諸検査の結果，下大静脈腫瘍血栓を伴う右腎細胞癌と診断し根治的手術を実施した。病理組織は腎細胞癌が副腎に浸潤し，副腎静脈から下大静脈腫瘍血栓を形成したと診断された。なおインターフェロンαを手術前後に投与し，手術から6か月後も再発転移なく社会復帰している。

The patient was 67 year-old man with right renal cell carcinoma with inferior vena cava thrombus through adrenal vein. He underwent radical nephrectomy and vena cava thrombectomy in combination with surgical neoadjuvant chemotherapy containing interferonα. He survives for 6 months from operation without evidence of disease.
