症例は，59歳，男性。胃の定期検査中にCT,MRI，内分泌学的検査にて副腎骨髄脂肪腫が最も疑われ，経胸腹的到達法にて摘除した。病理組織学的に，分化した脂肪組織よりなり副腎脂肪腫と診断された。
The patient was a 59-year-old male who visited our clinic for a complete medical examination because of the accidental detection of the tumor in the right adrenal region by ultrasonography. Right adrenectomy was performed with a probable diagnosis of the myelolipoma. The specimen weighted 22 g and measured 33 × 44 × 32 mm. The histopathologic examination revealed a mature adipose tissue without a hematopoietic tissue.
8 cases of the adrenal lipoma, including this case, are reviewed by literature.
