17歳，女性が外尿道口部の腫瘤の治療を目的に受診した。腫瘤は尿道前壁より発生していた。切除標本の病理診断は，血管筋線維芽腫であった。血管筋線維芽腫は最近提唱された新しい概念の疾患で症例数も少ないためか，本症例は尿道発生例としては第2例目である。
A 17-year-old female came to our hospital for treatmentof a tumor of external meatus. The tumor arised from anterior wall of the urethra. Pathological diagnosis of theresected specimen was angiomyofibroblastoma. This patientis the second case of angiomyofibroblastoma arisen fromurethra in the world.
