尿管鏡生検で診断した尿管ポリープ

AN EXAMPLE URETEROPOLYP DIAGNOSED BY URETEROENDOSCOPIC INSPECTION

　18歳，男性。肉眼的血尿と左側背部痛を主訴に来院。IVP,CTより左尿管腫瘤を疑われ，尿管鏡生検を施行。良性ポリープの組織診断を得たのち，腎保存的手術を施行した。尿管ポリープの術前診断には，尿管鏡による生検が有用であると思われる。

An eighteen year old man came to our hospital with macroscopical hematuria and left side backache as the major subjective symptoms. As a polyp was suspected in the left ureter following IVP and CT, an ureteroendoscopic inspection and biopsy was conducted. Under the diagnosis of a benign polyp, a kidney conservative operation was performed. Ureteroendoscopic inspection is considered to be useful for the preoperative diagnosis of ureteropolyp.
