　患者は左側腹部痛，肉眼的血尿を主訴に来院した23歳男性。静脈性腎盂造影では左水腎症を，順行性腎盂造影では尿管の走行を沿う，長さ5cm以上と思われる陰影欠損を認めた。尿管鏡による生検が行えず，ポリープを含めた尿管部分切除および腎盂形成術を施行した。摘出標本は5.5cmおよび2.5cmの，2本の線維上皮性ポリープであった。

A case of long ureteral polyp with ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction in a 23-year-old man is reported. He had complained of occasional left flank pain and gross hematuria for about 5 years before hospitalization. DIP showed left UPJ obstruction with moderate hydrone-phrosis. RP showed left hydronephrosis and a filling defect just below the UPJ. At surgical exploration two polypoid tumors, 5.5cm and 2.5cm each in maximal length was identified at just distal to the UPJ, which was apparently obstructed by the polyps.
