　症例は頻尿，残尿感を主訴として来院した29歳，女性。膀胱炎として抗菌剤を投与されたが，その後に施行した超音波検査，静脈性尿路造影，膀胱鏡で膀胱内に7×5cmの腫瘤を認めた。経尿道的切除（以下，TUR）目的にて当科へ入院した。TURにより尿管原発の腫瘍の頭部が尿管口から膀胱内に突出していることが判明した。切除部を外尿道口まで把持し結紮切断した。病理診断は尿管ポリープであった。

A 29-year-old woman visited our hospital complaining a sense of residual urine.A large mass was detected in the Urinary the bladder by the ultrasound sonograph and DIP.Under the diagnosis of bladder tumor,she was admitted into our hospital for the purpose of operation.During the TUR operation,we detected that the tumor was arising from the right ureter.The partial resection of the tumor was performed pulling out the tip of polyp to the external urethral orifice.Pathological diagnosis was ureteral polyp.
