　58歳，男性。1年前，陰茎冠状溝近傍に痒みを伴った降起が出現した。隆起は次第に増大してきたので近医で治療を受けたが治癒しないため当科へ紹介された。冠状溝近傍の包皮に中央が陥凹した硬い結節がみられ，生検結果は角化棘細胞腫であった。角化棘細胞腫の陰茎発生例はまれで，自験例は本邦報告の第3例目と考えられた。

A 58-year-old man was referred to my department with a 1-year history of a tuberculum and two papules in the prepuce near coronal sulcus. Histological examination revealed keratoacanthoma. Keratoacanthoma is found frequently in the middle aged men and women, usually at the face. There have been 304 cases reported in the Japanese literature so far. Our case is thought to be the third case of keratoacanthoma located in the penis.
