  • Look Inside

Clinical experience of the Incontinence Clinic, which was established in May 1986, has been reported. During the past 35 months 1015 females visited the clinic (29 patients/month) with complaints of urinary inconti-nence and/or pollakisuria. Patients in their 40's comprised the largest number (32%), followed by those in their 50's and 60's. Three quarters of the patients resided in the Tokai district. 42 percent of the patients lost urine of 10.1g/h or more (severe and very severe degree of incontinence) in response to a 60-min pad -weighing test.
