  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

We presented a 58-year-old male who suffered from Bowen's disease of the penis. He had recognized skin eruption at the penile frenulum two years ago and had dermal eruption resected twice before visiting our clinic. The wound did not heal and developed to ulcer. Since dermal biopsy at the ulcer revealed Bowen's disease, we decided to treat it as squamous cell carcinoma of the penis. Leaving 10 mm safety margin from the ulcer, a partial resection of the penis was performed. At present he voids at standing position without outflow obstruction. There has been no sign of recurrence.
