後部尿道ポリープの1例

ADENOMATOUS POLYP OF THE MALE POSTERIOR URETHRA: A CASE REPORT

　男性尿道にできた腺腫性ポリープの1例を報告する。症例は46歳男性で，主訴は無症候性肉眼的血尿で入院した。尿道膀胱鏡では前立腺尿道にポリープを認め，尿道撮影では，後部尿道に造影剤の陰影欠損を認めた。TURを施行し，免疫組織化学的に前立腺上皮性ポリープと診断した。男性尿道ポリープの臨床経過，治療，発生母地について検討する。

A 46-year-old man was admitted with a complaint of asymptomatic grosshematuria. The polyp of the prostatic urethra was observed with urethrocystoscopy. Retrograde urethrography revealed a filling defect of contrast medium at posterior urethra. TUR was performed and immunohistochemically diagnosed as adenomatous polyp developed from the epithelium of prostatic acini. Clinical features, treatment and histogenesis of male urethral polyps are discussed.
