経尿道的前立腺切除術後に発生した前部尿道ポリープ

A case of anterior urethral polyp after transurethral resection of prostate

　症例は72歳，男性。2000年8月に前立腺肥大症による排尿障害に対して経尿道的前立腺切除術を施行した。この時には尿道内に隆起性病変を認めなかつた。約12か月後より尿勢の細小化を訴え，精査にて前部尿道狭窄と診断した。内視鏡的尿道切開術を施行した際に切開部奥の前部尿道4時方向に0.7×0.3cmの表面平滑な有茎性ポリープを認めたため基部より摘除した。病理組織学的には移行上皮で覆われた線維性ポリープであつた。

A 72-year-old man complained a gradual decrement ofurinary force 12 months after transurethral resection ofprostate. Urethral stricture was revealed by urethro-graphy and endoscopic urethrotomy was performedunder spinal anesthesia. During the endoscopic proce-dure, careful observation of anterior and posterior ure-thra and urinary bladder disclosed a polyp of 0.7×0.3cm at 4 o'clock of the anterior urethra beyond theincised stricture. The polyp was successfully removedand the histopathological diagnosis was a fibroepithelialpolyp surrounded with transitional epithelial cells.
