睾丸固有鞘膜より発生した線維性偽腫瘍

A CASE OF FIBROUS PSEUDOTUMOR OF TESTICULAR TUNIC

　46歳，男性の睾丸固有鞘膜より発生した線維性偽腫瘍の1例について報告した。主訴は左陰嚢内無痛性腫瘤で，手術を行つたところ固有鞘膜上に多発性腫瘤を認め，固有鞘膜と共に一塊として摘除したが，睾丸，副睾丸はともに温存した。病理組織学的に線維性偽腫瘍と診断された。自験例は文献上，本邦4例目の睾丸付属器より発生した線維性偽腫瘍に相当すると思われた。

A 46-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with painless mass in the left scrotum. On surgical exploration multiple firm nodules were found on the testicular tunic. En-bloc resection of all nodules with testicular tunic was done. Histopathological diagnosis was fibrous pseudotumor of testicular tunic. Our case seemed to be the 4th in the Japanese literature, arising from the testicular adnexae.
