長期の寛解後に再燃した睾丸腫瘍症例

LATE RECURRENCES IN CLINICAL STAGEⅠNONSEMINOMATOUS TESTICULAR CANCER

　非セミノーマ睾丸腫瘍の転移巣の再燃は大部分が2年以内にみられるが，臨床病期Ⅰで後腹膜リンパ節郭清術後3年6カ月と6年後に転移が認められた2症例を報告した。このうち1例では睾丸腫瘍と反対側の腸骨リンパ節と膀胱に転移がみられ，稀な転移経過が注目された。

Although the recurrence occurs within 2 years in the most cases with relapsed nonseminomatous germ cell tumors, two cases which recurred at 3.5 years and 6 years, respectively, after retroperitoneal lymph-adenectomy are reported. In the latter case, there was unusual dissemination to the contralateral iliac lymph nodes and the bladder.
