睾丸固有鞘膜に発生した悪性中皮腫（malignant mesothelioma）の1例

MALIGNANT MESOTHELIOMA OF THE TUNICA VAGINALIS PROPRIA TESTIS: A CASE REPORT

緒　言

　鞘膜に発生する中皮腫は部位により発生頻度が異なり，胸腹膜では割合高頻度で発生するが睾丸固有鞘膜での発生は非常に稀である。一方，陰嚢内に発生する腫瘍，腫瘤形成性疾患の中でも中皮腫は極めて頻度が少ない。

　われわれは最近，睾丸固有鞘膜より発生した悪性中皮腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 27-year-old man was admitted to our hospital complaining of a painless mass in the left scrotum, which was measured about 10cm in diameter. The mass had the consistency of a hydrocele with slight transillumination of light. Other physical examination was normal. Laboratory work including blood chemistries, complete blood count and urinalysis were normal. The Wasserman test and alphafeto-protein was negative. The chest plain film and intravenous pyelography was normal.

At operation about 110cc clear fluid was removed from a hydrocele sac.
