前立腺癌のエストロゲン療法中に両側乳房に癌転移を認めた1例を報告した。転移癌と原発性乳癌との鑑別診断は免疫ペルオキシダーゼ法による前立腺特異抗原の証明によつた。
A rare case is presented of bilateral breast metastases from prostatic carcinoma in a 55-year-old man who had been placed on estrogen therapy. Differentiation from primary breast carcinoma was made by immunohistochemical staining of the breast nodule for prostate-specific antigen.
