巨大な腫瘤を形成した慢性膀胱炎の2例

TWO CASES OF GIANT TUMOROUS CYSTITIS

　手拳大の炎症性膀胱腫瘤の2例を報告する。症例は72歳，62歳の女性で，CTで膀胱部に腫瘤を認め，DIPでは両側水腎水尿管，膀胱底部の充満欠損像を認めた。2例とも経尿道的腫瘍切除術を施行。病理組織所見は症例1が濾胞性膀胱炎，症例2が壊疽性膀胱炎であつた。術後抗菌剤の長期投与を行い，水腎水尿管も正常化して3年間再発を認めていない。

Two female patients, 72 years old and 62 years old, with giant inflammatory tumorous cystitis resem-bling cancer are described. In both cases, a large tumorous lesion was revealed by CT scan, and hydroureteronephrosis and filling defect of the bladder were shown in DIP. Transurethral resection was done in both cases. The histological diagnosis was follicular cystitis, and gangrenous crystitis, respectively. Both patients were administered antimicrobial agents, and are currently in good health three years after surgery.
