Scheele手術26年後の子宮筋腫による空置回腸の異常拡大

ANOMALOUS ENLARGEMENT OF ISOLATED ILEUM SECONDARY TO UTERINE MYOMA 26 YEARS AFTER RING LOOP ILEOCYSTPLASTY

緒言

　Scheele法による膀胱拡大術の欠点の一つに空置回腸の異常な延長と拡大がある^1）。最近われわれは同手術を受けてから26年後に子宮筋腫による空置回腸の異常な延長と拡大が見られた症例を経験したので報告する。

A 53-year-old woman was admitted with the complaint of difficulty in urination. In 1948, at the age of 21, she had left nephrectomy because of tuberculosis. In 1954 she underwent ring loop ileocy-stoplasty for bladder contracture. She had been well until 1965, when she began to have occasional episodes of high fever. Since 1970 she had suffered from difficulty in urination. At admission, excretory urography revealed right hydronephrosis.
