腎被膜腫瘍の1例

RENAL CAPUSULAR LIPOMA: REPORT OF A CASE

緒言

　腎被膜より発生する腎被膜腫瘍は稀な疾患で，1869年Wilkesの報告を嗃矢とし，本邦では1914年山本^1）が第1例目を報告しているが，現在までに本邦において報告された腎被膜腫瘍は43例にすぎない。最近われわれは腎被膜より発生した脂肪腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 61-year-old female was admitted to Kanagawa Prefectural Hospital with an abdominal tumor and left colic pain on January 16, 1981. Physical examinations revealed a child-head sized smooth and hard tumor in the left hypochondrial region. An excretory urography showed the displacement of the kidney, which was hydronephrotic due to left ureterolithiasis, and median dislocation of the ureter. Aortograpy disclosed that there was hypovascular tumor at the lower pole of the left kidney which was fed by the renal capusular artery.
