　乳糜尿症に対しリンパシンチグラフィを行い，患側の診断に有用であつた症例を報告した。症例は73歳女性，50年来の乳糜尿を認め全身倦怠感と体重減少を主訴として入院した。リンパシンチグラフィは両足趾間皮下に^99mTcレニウムコロイドを注射し行つた。その結果右腎に高いRI集積を認め患側と診断した。これはX線リンパ管撮影の結果と一致した。本法は乳糜尿症の患側診断に有用であり，安全かつ容易な方法と思われる。

A 73-year-old female patient who had shown persistent chyluria since 1935, was admitted to our hospital with the chief complaint of general fatigue and weight loss. Routine lab data showed albumi-nuria (674mg/dl), hematuria and hypoproteinemia (5.2g/dl). Instrumental examination and urography were not useful in the diagnosis of the affected side of the kidneys. Lymphoscintigraphy obtained after injection of 5mCi of Tc-99m-rhenium colloid to the subcutaneous regions between toes showed high accumulation of radiopharmaceutical agent in the right kidney. It coincided with the result of lymphan-giography.
