　症例は16歳男性で，バイクの後部座席に同乗中乗用車に追突し道路に投げ出され受傷来院。患者は包茎で陰茎は全体的に腫脹し陰嚢前面には広範囲に熱傷を認めた。包皮の浮腫に対して減張切開を施行した後，受傷後26日目に脱落壊死した陰茎部および陰嚢部皮膚に対して，創傷の清掃の後，陰茎部に対しては左大腿部皮膚の分層植皮を，陰嚢部に対しては一次縫合を施行した。術後5ヵ月経過にて機能障害を認めず，勃起も正常である。

A 16-year-old male was admitted with complaint of penoscrotal trauma caused by traffic accident. The patient had edematous penis and burned ventral scrotum. 26 days later, we performed debridement of penoscrotal necrotic lesion and reconstruction of the penis with free skin graft (donor: thigh). 5 months after operation, the penis revealed acceptable apearance as well as excellent urinary function.
