緒言

　外陰部剥皮症とは，陰嚢陰茎皮膚の一部ないし全部が外力により剥脱された状態をいい，外陰部の開放性損傷の中でもきわめて特異なものとされている。本症の原因としては労働災害によるものが多いとされているが，今回われわれは比較的まれなスキー外傷による陰茎陰嚢剥皮症の1例を経験したので報告する。

A 16-year-old boy was admitted to our clinic because of skiing injury. The phallus and anterior lateral scrotum were completely avulded. The individual testes were noted to be free of their covering and were suspended by their spermatic cords. Bleeding was minimal and the remaining tissue, except for a part of the scrotum, was viable. There were no associated genito-urinary injuries. The patient's general condition was satisfactory. In the operating room, the area was cleansed and debrided. The denuded penis and testes were covered with the remaining skin.
