　患者はいずれも24歳男性。主訴は排尿時痛と外尿道口部腫瘤。症例2は外尿道口部に限局していたが，症例1では外尿道口より7cmまで波及しているのを逆行性尿道造影および膀胱尿道鏡にて確認した。病理組織学的に尖圭コンジロームと診断され内視鏡的腫瘍電気凝固術および経尿道的にブレオマイシンの注入療法を1日1回1週間行つた。

Case 1. A 24-year-old man appeared with complaints of tumors at the urethral meatus and miction pain. A retrograde urethrogram demonstrated six filling defects at the anterior urethra. And cystoureth-roscopy showed multiple papillary lesins, which revealed condylomas by histopathological examination, along the anteiror urethral untill 7 cm distantce from the urethral meatus. The posterior urethra and bladder were free of involvement. Condylomas were fulgurated and intraurethral bleomycin was given on a daily basis for a week. Case 2.
