陰茎陰嚢象皮病に対する陰茎陰嚢形成術について

SURGICAL TREATMENT OF ELEPHNTIASIS OF THE SCROTUM AND PENIS

はじめに

　陰茎陰嚢象皮病は，本邦においては比較的稀な疾患であるが，ひとたび発症すると自然治癒は望めず，性生活や運動など日常生活に重大な障害をきたし，その治療法も極めて困難である。最近われわれは，両側鼠径部リンパ節摘除術後に発生した本症例に対して，陰茎陰嚢形成手術を施行し良好な成績を得ているので，その術式ならびに成績の概要について報告する。

Surgical treatment for elephantiasis of scrotum and penis has been discribed by various authors but still is a difficult operation for its poor results. A surgical technic which lead to a successful result for elephantiasis of scrotum and penis, suspected to be from bilateral inguinal lymph node disection, in a 34 year old male, was reported.
