陰嚢部外傷の3例

THREE CASES OF THE INJURIES TO THE SCROTAL CONTENTS

緒言

　男性の外陰部とくに陰嚢部は外界に接しているが，可動性があるため外力の影響に対して保護された位置にあり，損傷を受けることが比較的稀である。しかし，交通事故の激増，スポーツ外傷の増加により陰嚢部外傷も増えてきつつある。われわれは最近3例の陰嚢部外傷を経験したので報告する。

Three patients who had injuries to the scrotal contents were admitted to our clinic from April in 1977 to March in 1979.

Case 1 visited our clinic with complaint of painfull mass formation in his left scrotum after a bruise by fight. When an exploration was performed in an emergency, capillary bleeding from the peripheral vessels of left vas deferens was found. Hemostatic treatment, evacuation of hematoma and drainage were carried out. Case 2 complained of the injury due to falling astride. Pulsative hemorrhage from left deferential artery was observed and ligated.
